Delete while signed in
- Open account Settings on the web or choose Delete account in mobile Settings.
- Select Delete account and type the displayed confirmation word.
- Submit the permanent deletion request.

Delete your Metrivant account
You can permanently delete your account from the authenticated Settings page. The mobile app links to the same deletion surface.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@metrivant.com from the address used for the account. Support will verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
What deletion does
The deletion flow cancels active subscription access and removes the Metrivant account and application workspace data tied to the user and organization. Limited billing, legal, security, or abuse-prevention records may be retained when required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.
