Terms of Service

Effective date: April 5, 2026. These terms govern your access to the Metrivant website, trial flows, subscriptions, and product surfaces.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Metrivant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service scope

Metrivant provides competitive-intelligence software, research content, trial experiences, and related website functionality. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve over time.

A new workspace may require onboarding, rival selection, and baseline build before alerts, briefs, and higher-order outputs become meaningful. Trial access does not guarantee immediate high-signal output on day one.

The service is designed for business use. Signals, monitoring outputs, summaries, and workflow recommendations support operator judgment and are not legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Accounts and use

You are responsible for information associated with your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it in unauthorized ways.

You may not use Metrivant to violate law, scrape or interfere with third-party systems in unauthorized ways, resell access without permission, or attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the product beyond rights that cannot be waived by law.

4. Billing and plans

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are governed by the pricing and checkout flows presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment collection and subscription management are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal flows rather than a custom Metrivant card vault.

5. Customer data and outputs

You retain rights in information you submit to the service. You grant Metrivant the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and present that information to operate the product. Metrivant may use aggregated and de-identified usage and performance information to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

6. Intellectual property

Metrivant and its content, software, branding, and supporting materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service or its materials.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued in whole or in part. Metrivant does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Suspension and termination

Metrivant may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to material non-payment or agreement breaches. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Metrivant is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrivant disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
